【摘要】 目的探讨中青年胸腺瘤伴重症肌无力患者的临床病理特点及预后。方法回顾性分析解放军第309医院收治的88例经病理证实的50岁以下中青年胸腺瘤伴MG患者的临床病理资料。结果 88例患者中,肿瘤大小多在5cm以下者,占70.5%,WHO分型以B2型为主,占46.7%,Masaoka分期以Ⅰ、Ⅱ期为主,占77.3%,MG分型以Ⅱb型最多,占63.7%。3年和5年总体生存率分别为97.2%和87.5%。WHO分型中A、AB、B1、B2型与B3型患者的3年生存率分别为98.2%和94.1%(P=0.419),5年生存率分别为88.0%和83.3%(P=1.000)。Masaoka分期中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者的3年生存率分别为98.1%和94.7%(P=0.461),5年生存率分别为96.2%和60.0%(P=0.015)。结论中青年胸腺瘤伴MG患者与其他年龄患者相比,其临床病理特点无特殊,生存率较高,Masaoka分期与预后有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinicopathological features and prognosis of thymoma complicating myasthenia gravis(MG)in youth.Methods A total of 88 thymoma patients(below 50-years-old)complicating MG confirmed by cytological examination of hydrothorax were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 88 cases,tumor size below 5cm accounted for 70.5%;in the WHO classification,the most frequent type was type B2(46.7%);the major Masaoka stages were stageⅠ and Ⅱ(77.3%);MG type was given priority to typeⅡb(63.7%).the 3-year and 5-year overall survival rates were 97.2% and 87.5% respectively.3-year survival rate for the patients with type A,AB,B1,B2 and type B3 in WHO type were 98.2%and 94.1%(P=0.419),and 5-year survival rates were 88.0% and 83.3%(P=1.000).3-year survival rates for the patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ and stageⅢ-Ⅳin Masaoka clinical stages were 98.1% and 94.7%(P=0.461),5-year survival rates were 96.2% and 60.0%(P=0.015).Conclusion There are no statistically significant difference in clinicopathological features among different age groups.All of them achieve higher survival rate.Masaoka stage might be associated with prognosis.更多还原
