【摘要】 目的探究索利那新与雌三醇乳膏联用对绝经后女性膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的有效性。方法选取2012年10月至2014年10月该院绝经后女性OAB患者88例,按治疗方法的不同将其分为A、B两组,每组44例。A组患者单独应用索利那新进行治疗;B组在A组基础上加用雌三醇乳膏。观察并比较A、B两组治疗效果。结果 B组治疗总有效率高达93.18%(41/44),高于A组的72.73%(32/44),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.510,P<0.05)。B组患者出现的不良反应率为15.91%(7/44),A组为11.36%(5/44),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后B组患者24h平均排尿次数、夜间平均排尿次数、平均尿急次数、平均急迫性尿失禁次数及OAB症状量表(OABSS)评分均少于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论索利那新与雌三醇乳膏联用治疗绝经后女性OAB疗效显著,且不会增加不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of solifenacin combined with estriol creams in the treatment of postmenopausal female patients with overactive bladder symptom(OAB).Methods 88 postmenopausal female patients with OAB in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected and divided into the group A and B according to the treatment method,44 cases in each group.The group A was given only solifenacin,while on this basis the group B was added with estriol creams.The curative effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the group B was up to93.18%(41/44),which was higher than 72.73%(32/44)in the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.510,P<0.05).The adverse reactions occurrence rate of the group B was 15.91%(7/44),which of the group A was 11.36%(5/44),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average frequency of 24 hurination,average nighttime urination frequency,average frequency of urinary urgency,average frequency of urge incontinence and the OABSS score after treatment in the group B were less than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSolifenacin combined with estriol creams has significant effect without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions in treating the postmenopausal female patients with OAB.更多还原
