【Abstract】 This paper gives a review of the development of British gerontological social work.The paper then discusses the enlightenments received from the development of British gerontological social work. Chinese researchers should take a methodical approach to develop gerontological social work knowledge and promote its high-quality research. Finally the paper suggests four research priorities: gerontological social work ’s value,legislations and policies and standards documents, collaboration and partnership, gerontological social work education.更多还原
