【Abstract】 For the contradiction of disjunction between the social needs and the talents training of colleges and universities,it’s necessary to explore a new mode guided by the social needs of talents training. In order to promote the construction ability,Chongqing Jiaotong University environmental science specialty found out the key problems of talents training through the analysis of the survey,and some corresponding reforms for the cultivation scheme were developed.
