La2Sn2O7粉体制备及其表面载银改性
Preparation and Surface Silver Loaded Modification of La2Sn2O7 Powder
【摘要】 以氨水为沉淀剂,EDTA+草酸为组合胶凝剂,采用化学共沉淀法成功合成了高纯度锡酸镧(La2Sn2O7)粉体。采用氧化还原法﹑光催化还原反应对锡酸镧粉体进行表面载银工艺研究。并通过附带能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜(SEM/EDS)与X射线电子衍射(XRD)仪对其形貌及物相进行表征。结果表明:以甲醛为还原剂,当反应溶液在pH=8.5以上时,所合成的La2Sn2O7载银粉体烧结后呈近球形或球形结构,但物相的纯度不高,存在杂质相SnO2;以CTAB为分散剂,当CAg+=0.088mol/L时,合成La2Sn2O7载银复合粉体呈近球形结构,物相纯度高。
【Abstract】 Using ammonia as the precipitating agent, EDTA + oxalic acid as a compound gelling agent, tin lanthanum(La2Sn2O7) powder were synthesized by a simple co-precipitation method. Silver loaded lanthanum tin powders were fabricated by Oxidation Reaction and Photocatalytic Reduction methods. And morphology and phase were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM/EDS) and X-ray Photoelectron Diffraction(XRD). The results show that using formaldehyde as the reducing agent, p H≥8.5, the structure of synthesized silver loaded La2Sn2O7 powder is spherical or near spherical, but the impurity phase SnO2 is present; while using CAg+ = 0.088 mol/L, CTAB as dispersing agent, high pure silver loaded La2Sn2O7 composite powder with nearly spherical structure is synthesized.
