气固反应法制备Ag@Ag2S核壳纳米颗粒
Synthesis of Ag@Ag2S Core-shell Nanoparticles by Gas-Solid Reaction
【摘要】 采用两步法了合成Ag@Ag2S核壳纳米颗粒。首先以无水乙醇为还原剂,PVP(K-30)为分散剂,AgNO3为原料,采用溶剂热法合成出银纳米颗粒,随后在真空管式炉中对银纳米粉体进行硫化。紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis),X射线衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM)的结果表明,以450℃加热硫粉,银粉所处位置为80℃,硫化时间为20~80min,成功制备出了Ag@Ag2S核壳结构纳米颗粒,颗粒粒径约为100±30nm。
【Abstract】 Ag@Ag2S core-shell nanoparticles were synthesized by a two-step method. Firstly, silver nanoparticles were prepared by a solvothermal method using anhydrous ethanol as the reducing agent, PVP(K-30) as dipersant and Ag NO3 as raw material; Secondly, Ag@Ag2S core-shell nanoparticles were synthesized by the sulfidization of Ag nanoparticles in vacuum atmosphere. The samples were characterized by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-vis), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that Ag@Ag2S core-shell nanoparticles with an average diameter of 100±30 nm are synthesised by vapor(S)-solid(Ag) reaction at 80 °C for 20~80 min with S vapor from evaporation of S powder at 450 °C.
