热氧化温度对Ti6Al4V耐磨性的影响

【摘要】 在873~1023 K保温10 h条件下对Ti6Al4V进行热氧化处理。采用X射线衍射仪,辉光光谱分析仪和光学显微镜分析热氧化层的特征。借助MFT-R4000往复式摩擦磨损试验机研究热氧化温度对Ti6Al4V耐磨性的影响。结果表明:Ti6Al4V表面的热氧化层均匀、连续;热氧化温度对氧化层的形成、表面硬度和耐磨性有显著影响;973 K获得的氧化层表面硬度最高,磨损失重最低,磨痕宽度最小,耐磨性能最好。

【Abstract】 Thermal oxidation(TO) treatments were conducted on Ti6Al4V at 873~1023 K for 10 h. Microstructural characteristics of the TO layers were analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD), glow discharge optical emission spectrometer analysis(GDOES) and optical microscope(OM). Effect of TO temperature on wear resistance of Ti6Al4V was estimated by MFT-R4000 reciprocating friction-wear testing machine. The results show that the obtained TO layers are uniform and continuous. TO temperatures have a significant influence on the formation, surface hardness and wear resistance of TO layers. The TO layer produced at 973 K exhibits the best wear resistance for higher surface hardness, lower mass loss and narrower wear trace in comparison with other TO layers.
