【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of the relationship of the internal basic element,the external influencing factor of a firm’s alliance capabilities and its internationalization performance,a model of effects of alliance capabilities on the firm’s internationalization performance was built.Then statistical test on related investigation data was made.The result of our case study on the theoretical model showed that the alliance capabilities have positive influence on the firm’s internationalization performance.Furthermore,the alliance’s operation capability has the most influence.更多还原
