【Abstract】 Mineralized collagen fibers are the main component of natural bone.Understanding the process,principles and mechanisms of collagen biomineralization is not only the cue to design bone repairing materials but also the key to bone regeneration.In this paper,we reviewes the progress of in vitro biomineralization of collagen fibers.The mechanism of intra mineralization of collagen fibers and the role of non-collagen proteins in regulating biomineralization are discussed in detail.The review aims to provide beneficial information relative to the regeneration and repairing of bone tissue.更多还原
