二氧化碳、环氧丙烷和降冰片烯二酸酐三元共聚物的合成及性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of Terpolymers Derived from Carbon Dioxide,Propylene Oxide and Endic Anhydride
【摘要】 利用戊二酸锌(ZnGA)催化制备二氧化碳(CO2)、环氧丙烷(PO)和降冰片烯二酸酐(EA)三元共聚物,得到了一种新型的脂肪族聚碳酸酯(PPCEA),产物产率高。利用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了聚合物结构。研究结果表明,戊二酸锌能够有效催化CO2、PO和EA三元共聚合反应,所得三元共聚物PPCEA相比于聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)具有高的热性能、力学性能和降解性能。
【Abstract】 Terpolymerization of carbon dioxide(CO2),propylene oxicle(PO) and endic anhydride(EA) was successfully carried out using zinc glutarate(ZnGA) as catalyst,consequently giving a new type of polycarbonate(PPCEA) in high yield.The resulting terpolymers were fully characterized by1 H NMR and GPC techniques.The results showed that zinc glutarate could catalyze the terpolymerization of CO2,PO,EA effectively;and PPCEAs exhibited superior thermal,mechanical performance and high degradability compared with PPC.
