TB8钛合金真空渗氮层的组织及耐腐蚀性能
Structure and Corrosion Resistance of Vacuum Nitrated Coating on TB8 Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 目前,对TB8钛合金的研究主要集中在热处理工艺及机加工方面,对其表面改性尤其是耐蚀性研究不多。为了提高TB8钛合金的腐蚀性能,对其进行真空渗氮。利用XRD、SEM、失重法及电化学测试等方法,考察了渗氮层的组织和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:TB8钛合金经真空渗氮后表面物相主要有Ti N、Ti3Al N和Al3Ti,改性层的厚度为60~70μm。在氢氟酸和硝酸中进行加速腐蚀,其腐蚀速率仅为基体的1/175,表面膜层未出现明显的腐蚀坑,腐蚀电流降低3个数量级,自腐蚀电位由基体的-0.651 1 V提高到0.107 8 V,耐腐蚀性能得到了明显提高。
【Abstract】 In order to improve corrosion resistance of TB8 titanium alloy,the vacuum nitriding technique was used to treat TB8 alloy.The microstructure and corrosion resistance of nitride films were characterized by XRD,SEM,weight-loss method and electrochemical tests.Results showed that the main surface phases of TB8 alloy after treated by vacuum nitriding were TiN,Ti3 A1 N and Al3Ti phase,and the thickness of modified film was 6070 μm.After accelerating corrosion in HF+HNO3 systems,the corrosion rate of nitrided film was about 1/175 that of the TB8 substrate,and no corrosion pits were founded in the film surface.Furthermore,the corrosion current density of film decreased three orders of magnitude,and the corrosion potential was improved from-0.651 1 V of TB8 titanium alloy to 0.107 8 V of the film,which presented that the vacuum nitriding technology could improve the corrosion resistance of TB8 alloy.
