后处理工艺对磷化膜耐蚀性的影响

【摘要】 磷化处理的后处理工艺对磷化膜耐蚀性至关重要,但目前对其细致的研究较少。对Q235钢进行磷化处理,之后采用水洗烘干、烘干、自然晾干3种后处理工艺处理,通过盐雾试验分析不同后处理工艺所得磷化膜的耐蚀性能;使用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析磷化膜表面的形貌和组成元素;并通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了其腐蚀机理。结果表明,通过自然晾干得到的磷化膜耐蚀性最高,自然晾干过程对磷化膜孔隙起到了很好的封闭作用,降低了磷化膜孔隙率,阻碍了腐蚀介质侵蚀基体,增强了磷化膜的耐蚀性能。

【Abstract】 Phosphating treatment was conducted on Q235 steel and then the phosphate coatings were post-treated by washing-drying,drying and natural drying,respectively.The corrosion resistance of the phosphate coatings was studied by NSS.Moreover,SEM and EDAX were used to observe the surface morphology and the composition elements of the phosphate coatings.In addition,the polarization curves and EIS were used to explore the corrosion mechanism.Results showed that the phosphate coatings post-treated by natural drying had the best corrosion resistance.The natural drying process had a good effect on the sealing of pores of the phosphate coating:the porosity of the phosphate coalings was reduced and the corrosive medium was prevented,leading to improved corrosion resistance of the phosphate coatings.
