【摘要】 过往有关地方政府竞争对于环境污染影响的研究存在两大缺陷:第一,很多研究没有考虑使用空间计量模型,从而导致无法对地方政府的竞争进行很好的计量描述;第二,在使用了空间计量模型的研究中仅仅关注地方政府间针对FDI的竞争,而忽略了针对环境规制所导致的污染排放量竞争。本文通过将被解释变量(污染排放量)的空间滞后引入解释变量的做法,来描述政府间针对环境规制所导致的污染排放量竞争。通过参数估计,我们发现这种竞争确实存在,同时针对FDI的竞争也是存在的,并且一系列的控制变量符号均符合我们的理论预期。最后,针对实证结果,本研究解读了相应的政策含义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past,there were two major defects in the research on the influence of local government competition on the environmental pollution.Firstly,A lot of research are not using spatial econometric model,resulting in the inability to make a good competition for local government measurement description;Secondly,in the study of spatial econometric models,it only focused on the competition between local governments for FDI but ignored the competition of pollution emissions resulting from environmental regulation.This paper will describe the competition of the pollution emission caused by the environmental regulation among governments by introducing the spatial lag of the explanatory variables(pollution? emissions?) into the explanatory variables.By? estimating? the? parameters,it is found that the competition does exists and at the same time,the competition from foreign direct investment also exists.What’ s more,a series of control variables are consistent with our theoretical expectations.Lastly,this thesis also interprets relevant policy implications according to the empirical results.更多还原
