【Abstract】 On the basis of investigation and analysis of the demand for oral medical professionals at the grass-roots levels in some areas of Anhui province and current professional status,the reform on the practical teaching system is explored and the modifications are provided for implementation of the talent training program for oral medicine.It’s aimed to highlight the characteristics of oral medical professional colleges.The students’ ability of practical operation should be strengthened to adapt to the demand for practice ability of grassroots oral medical posts.High-quality practical and applied talents of oral medicine for grassroots are cultivated and teaching quality of oral medicine can be improved in an all-round way.更多还原
