基于A型超声波传感器的血压连续测量系统

【摘要】 设计了一种应用A型超声波测距手段的血压连续测量系统。系统中用超声波传感器探测颈动脉,利用颈动脉前后壁反射回的超声波测距得到颈动脉直径连续波形。基于动脉直径与血压的关系建立血压计算模型,从而实现血压的测量。实验结果表明:本系统测量的血压值与标准的测量方法相比,收缩压标准差最大值为4.72 mm Hg,舒张压标准差最大值为3.17 mm Hg,符合AAMI标准差不大于8 mm Hg的标准。

【Abstract】 A new continuous measurement system of blood pressure using A-type ultrasonic wave ranging method is designed. The system uses ultrasonic wave sensor to detect carotid artery,obtain carotid artery diameter waveform by recognizing the reflected ultrasonic wave from front and back walls of the carotid artery to measure distance. Then establish blood pressure calculation model based on relationship between artery diameter and blood pressure,so as to measure blood pressure. Experimental results show that compared with the standard blood pressure measurement method,the maximum standard deviation of systolic blood pressure is 4. 72 mm Hg,the maximum standard deviation of diastolic blood pressure is 3. 17 mm Hg,which coincides with the standard of not more than 8 mm Hg made by AAMI.
