葡萄糖模板合成钼基多级孔TNU-9复合分子筛及其催化应用

【摘要】 采用在TNU-9分子筛的合成体系中添加葡萄糖作硬模板的方法,制备出了一系列多级孔TNU-9复合分子筛。利用X射线粉末衍射,扫描电镜,透射电镜,比表面分析,NH3-TPD等手段对样品的物理性质和酸性进行表征。将经过钼修饰的多级孔Mo/H-TNU-9催化剂应用于甲烷无氧芳构化反应中,考察其活性。催化测试结果显示葡萄糖添加量为C/Si摩尔比0.5所合成的多级孔Mo/H-TNU-9催化剂具有最高的甲烷转化率和芳烃产率,而添加量为C/Si摩尔比1所合成的复合材料反应活性较低。适宜介孔的存在可以有效提高催化剂的活性,过多的介孔生成反而会对反应造成不利的影响。

【Abstract】 A novel hierarchical porou TNU-9 was synthesized by adding glucose into the synthesis gel as template.The physical properties and acidities of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,BET and NH3-TPD.Moreover, Mo-modified catalyst Mo-TNU-9 was prepared for non-oxidative aromatization of methane. The Mo/H-TNU-9 catalyst synthesized by adding glucose with C/Si mole ratio 0.5 showed higher conversions of methane and yields of aromatics. The catalyst with C/Si mole ratio 1 exhibited lower activity. The appropriate secondary mesoporous system in TNU-9 zeolite is favorable in enhancing catalytic behavior of the catalyst in non-oxidative aromatization of methane,in addition,too much mesoporous formed may cause adverse effects to the title reaction.
