【摘要】 通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC),建立一种检测关节疏通胶囊中的主要香豆素类成分即白蜡树精苷含量检测的方法。采用线性关系、精密度试验、8h稳定性试验、重现性实验、加样回收率试验等方法对关节疏通胶囊中的白蜡树精苷的含量检测方法进行开发,测定白蜡树精苷在0.5196~2.5980μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈现良好的线性关系,其中精密度试验、8h稳定性试验、重现性实验、加样回收率试验的RSD值均小于2%,加样回收率试验中,平均加样回收率为98.1%。对关节疏通胶囊中的主要成分白蜡树精苷进行了定量分析,选择334nm波长进行检测,减少了杂质的干扰。结果表明此法线性关系好、精密度高、准确性和重现性好、前处理相对简单,适合关节疏通胶囊中白蜡树精苷的含量检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a new method for determination of mandshurin(one kind of coumarin) in Guanjie Shutong Capsule,high performance Liquid chromatography(HPLC) was employed. HPCE was used to determine the content of mandshurin by experiments as linearity, precision, stability, reproducibility and recoveries. The linear ranges of mandshurin was 0.5196~2.5980μg(r =0.9999) by HPLC,the RSD of precision,reproducibility,stability and recoveries were all less than 2%. And the average recovery by HPLC was 98.1%. A new method was established to determine mandshurin in Guanjie Shutong Capsule. The detection wavelength is 334 nm,reducing the interference of impurities. The method is with good Linear relationship,high precision,and simple,rapid,reproducible,accurate. So HPLC is more suitable for determination of mandshurin in Guanjie Shutong Capsule.更多还原
