基于效率换挡规律的工程车辆换挡品质研究

【摘要】 针对工程车辆液力变矩器效率低的缺点,提出效率换挡规律。建立工程车辆动力传动系统仿真模型,设计换挡模糊控制器。在作业工况下对车辆进行了换挡仿真研究,结果表明:换挡模糊控制器可以控制变速器自动换挡使液力变矩器常在高效区工作,提高了车辆传动系统效率。分析了换挡过程,制定换挡品质控制策略,对低速和高速工况的换挡过程进行仿真分析。结果显示:控制效果良好,能保证较好的换挡品质。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the low efficiency of hydraulic torque converter,this paper proposed the efficient shift schedule. The powertrain model was built and fuzzy shift controller was designed. Simulation was processed in working conditions. Results show that the designed controller can shift automatically to make hydraulic torque converter always work in high efficiency zone. Shift process was analyzed,and the shift strategy was design,and the shift process in low speed and high speed were simulated.Results show that the designed shift strategy can make a high shift quality of off-road vehicles with good controll effect.
