【摘要】 在分析我国高校信息化建设绩效特点的基础上,构建了一套多维度绩效评价指标体系,并以我国东部某所高校的信息化建设为例,运用D-S证据理论予以绩效综合评价。研究结果表明:基于3种维度构建的绩效评价指标体系科学性和适用性较强,而案例中高校信息化建设总体绩效水平为"良好",相关方应从影响绩效评价结果较大的指标入手,完善政策规定、加强监管,以进一步提高高校信息化建设水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzed performance characteristics in China university information construction and constructed a multi-dimensional performance evaluation index system, and then by using information technology construction in eastern universities as an example,we built a comprehensive evaluation of the performance with DS evidence theory. The result indicates that this kind of index system has a higher reliability,and the level of performance in the case of university information construction is "good". In order to further improve the level of information technology in universities,the relevant parties should take action from indexes which have great influence on the results of the performance evaluation indexes.更多还原
