某消声器插入损失有限元计算及优化
Calculation and Optimization of Insertion Loss of a Certain Muffler by Finite Element Method
【摘要】 以插入损失为评价指标,基于ANSYS和Matlab软件,采用根据插入损失定义模拟安装消声器前后排气系统出口声压得到插入损失的方法(直接模拟法),以及采用求解消声器传递矩阵四端子参数得到插入损失的方法(间接模拟法),对某型号消声器A的插入损失进行有限元计算,并对结构进行改进。通过实验验证计算结果的可靠性。结果表明:直接模拟和间接模拟两种有限元分析方法均可有效预测插入损失,改进后的消声器B的插入损失有一定的提高,证明了插入损失的有限元分析在消声器设计制造过程中的可行性。
【Abstract】 Considering the insertion loss as an evaluation index and based on ANSYS and Matlab,using the method which get the insertion loss of muffler by simulating the exhaust system to install mufflers( direct simulation method) and another method which get the insertion loss of muffler by calculating four terminal parameters of muffler transfer matrix( indirect simulation method),we calculated the insertion loss of a certain type of muffler A by Finite Element Method( FEM) and improved the structure of it. Finally, the reliability of the improved muffler was verified by experiment. The results show that the transfer matrix method as well as the definition method can be used in prediction of the insertion loss. The improved muffler B shows better performance in insertion loss. The finite element analysis of the insertion loss in the process of muffler design and manufacture were verified.
