【摘要】 检测了Cathepsin B在青年人胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤发生机制的关系。采用免疫组化方法(S-P法)及原位杂交法检测Cathepsin B蛋白及其mRNA在52例青年人胃癌组织、15例胃高级别上皮内瘤变组织及15例癌旁组织中的表达;分析Cathepsin B的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果表明:青年人胃癌中Cathepsin B阳性表达率显著高于胃高级别上皮内瘤变(P<0.05),癌旁组织不表达,且有淋巴结转移及远处转移的患者表达增高(P<0.05);Cathespin B mRNA在胃癌中高表达,非癌组织中几乎不表达,与蛋白表达基本一致。说明Cathepsin B的高表达在青年人胃癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用,其表达水平可能成为提示胃癌转移的良好指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cathepsin B expression in gastric cancer tissue in young people was detected and its relationship with the tumorigenesis mechanism was explored. The immunocytochemistry method( S-P method) and in-situ hybridization method were adopted to detect Cathepsin B and the expression of mRNA in 52 cases of gastric cancer tissues,15 cases of gastric bypass high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and 15 cases of cancer tissues. The positive rate of Cathepsin B in the gastric cancer tissue of non-selected people significantly exceeds non-typical gastric proliferating tissue,and there is no expression of normal appearing tissue( P < 0. 05). And there is a rise of expression among lymphatic metastasis and distant metastasis among young patients( P < 0. 05). The high expression of cathespinB mRNA in stomach cancer and the no expression in non-cancer tissue,which is in accord with the expression of protein. The high expression of Cathepsin B in gastric cancer occurrence and development plays an important role in the process and its expression level may be prompted a good index of the gastric cancer metastasis.更多还原
