【Abstract】 School- enterprise cooperation is the basic ways of that the vocational institutions and enterprises to complete mutual benefit and the resources sharing. At present,the domestic school- enterprise cooperation is still at the exploratory period. The author analyzed the problems of school- enterprise cooperation from the reality and given the relevant measures. Its purpose is to achieve a realizing prosperity among the higher vocational colleges,businesses and government.
