内燃机气道稳流试验台定位装置的设计
Positioner Design of Intake Port Steady Flow Test Bench for Internal Combustion Engine
【摘要】 设计了一种内燃机气道稳流试验台的定位装置,实现对各种常见尺寸缸盖进行横向和纵向的精确定位,避免了传统的通过手动画线定位方式带来的较大定位误差,大大加快了缸盖的定位速度,降低了劳动强度,并提高了试验结果的可靠度和一致性。
【Abstract】 To avoid larger positioning error of marking-out positioning using traditional way by hand,a kind of positioner of intake port steady flow test bench for internal combustion engine was designed. The horizontal and vertical positioning of cylinder head with various common size can be precisely located,which greatly accelerated the speed of cylinder head positioning,reduced the labor intensity,and improved reliability and consistency of the results.
