【摘要】 针对B线首站未能及时完工而整条管线又需投产运行的情况,在天然气常用置换方案的基础上,通过对气体节流温降变化、阀门组低温性能校核进行了论证,给出了升压控制方案和防止泄漏的措施。认为采取气体返输的工艺可以实现B线的安全投产。实践证明,采取气体返输工艺是一种经济可行、安全可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The status quo is that the entire pipeline should be put into operation,but the first station fails to be completed on time. To solve the problem,on the basis of gas common replacement scheme,this paper demonstrates the temperature changes caused by gas throttle and the low temperature performance check of valve group,and makes the programs to boost control and the measures to prevent leakage. We consider taking gas reverse transportation process can achieve safe production of B lines. Practice has proved that gas reverse transportation process is an economically feasible,safe and reliable way.更多还原
