【摘要】 分析调节阀流量特性对于整个管路系统的安全与稳定具有重要意义。文章应用CFD方法计算了调节阀的流量系数曲线,分析了调节阀的流量特性,并与实际测得的流量系数曲线进行对比。结果表明,CFD方法可以有效分析调节阀的流量特性,并且该方法在调节阀的结构设计和优化方面具有一定的实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great significance to analyze the flow characteristics of regulating valve for safety and stability of the entire pipeline system. By using CFD method to calculate the flow coefficient curve of the regulating valve,this paper analyzes the flow characteristics of regulating valve,and compares with the measured flow coefficient curve.The result shows that the CFD method can be used to analyze effectively the flow characteristics of regulating valve,and has certain practicality in the structure design and optimization of the valve.更多还原
