稀土铅基板栅合金对动力型铅酸电池性能的影响
Effects of rare-earth lead-base grid alloys on the performances of power lead-acid batteries
【摘要】 本文研究了稀土铅基板栅合金对动力型铅酸蓄电池性能的影响。首先选用含稀土元素镧的铅基合金板栅组装成动力型铅酸蓄电池,根据《电动汽车用铅酸蓄电池》(QC/T 742—2006)标准对电池的容量、放电性能、充电接受能力、循环寿命和装车行驶里程进行了测试。测试结果表明:添加稀土元素的电池相对于普通电池,初始容量稍有下降;任何温度下稀土元素都能提高电池的放电性能,尤其在低温和高温时,效果更加明显;添加稀土元素的动力电池的快速充电接受能力明显高于普通电池的;稀土添加剂可以提高电动汽车用动力电池的循环使用寿命。电动汽车行驶结果表明,前200次循环以内,使用稀土铅基板栅合金电池和普通电池时的行驶里程相当,但200次循环使用后,使用普通电池时的行驶里程急剧减少,而用稀土电池在第600次循环时的行驶里程还能达到38 km。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of rare-earth-containing lead-base grid alloys on the performances of power lead-acid batteries were investigated. The lead alloy grids with lanthanum(La) were used to assemble the power lead-acid batteries. The capacity, discharge performance, charge acceptance, cycle life and travel distance of electric vehicle(EV) with the lead-acid batteries were tested according to the industry standard named "Lead-acid battery for electric vehicles(QC/T 742—2006) ". The results showed that La element can effectively improve the discharge performance and quick charge acceptance of lead-acid batteries except for the slightly decreased initial capacity, and prolong the service life of power lead-acid batteries for EVs. The travel distances of EVs showed that the EV withthe rare-earth lead-base grid alloy battery traveled almost as many mileages as that with the ordinary lead-acid battery in the range of 200 cycles, but after 200 cycles, the travel distance had a sudden drop with the ordinary power lead-acid batteries, but that with rare earth batteries can still reach 38 km after 600 cycles.
