【摘要】 目的对比研究硬通道(万特福颅内血肿穿刺针)双针穿刺与传统钻孔置管引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法将73例慢性硬膜下血肿患者随机分为观察组(万特福颅内血肿穿刺针)和对照组(钻孔置管引流)。对比两组手术情况及术后住院时间、并发症发生率、治疗总有效率。结果与对照组比较,观察组切口小,手术用时、住院时间更短,术中出血量更少(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(94.74%)较对照组(82.86%)高(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(13.16%)较对照组(37.14%)低。结论硬通道双针穿刺较传统钻孔置管引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿具有疗效好、切口小、操作简单、安全性高等优点,能有效降低并发症发生率,减少术中出血量,促进患者康复进程,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study comparatively the clinical efficacy and safety WanTeFu intracranial hematoma puncture needle puncture and the traditional led tube in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods Seventy-three patients with chronic subdural hematoma were randomly divided into observation group(WanTeFu intracranial hematoma puncture needle)and control group(catheter drainage).We compared two groups of surgery and postoperative hospital stay,complication rate and total effective treatment.Results Compared those in the control group,the incision was smaller,operation time and hospitalization time were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05)in the observation group.The complication rate of observation group(13.16%)was lower than that of control group(37.14%).The total effective rate of the observation group 94.74% higher than that of the control group(82.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion WanTeFu intracranial hematoma puncture needle treatment on chronic subdural hematoma has advantages of small incision,simple operation and high security,and can effectively reduce the occurrence rate,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and promote patients recovery process,so it is worthy of application.更多还原
