配页机分页机构的结构优化设计
The Paging Mechanism of Gathering Machine Structure Optimization Design
【摘要】 为了解决配页机分页机构加速度不稳定等问题,从分页机构工作原理出发,运用仿真软件ADAMS建立分页机构运动学模型,对分页机构进行运动仿真分析,得到分页吸嘴运动特性曲线。依据实际工况,对仿真后的分页机构进行结构优化设计,最终得到分页机构连杆的最优尺寸,分别是:74.9mm,195.6mm,445.8mm,148mm。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of collating machine paging mechanism acceleration instability,in the light of the principle of the paging mechanism,paging mechanism kinematics model is established by using the simulation software ADAMS,It gets the paging suction nozzle movement characteristic curve by analysing the paging mechanism motion simulation. According to the actual working condition,it carries the structure optimization design after the simulation of the paging mechanism,eventually gets the paging mechanism the optimal dimensions of the connecting rod,respectively is: 74. 9mm,195. 6mm,445. 8mm,148 mm.
