目的:观察氧化锆全瓷贴面修复重度变色前牙的临床修复效果。方法:选取牙体治疗后重度变色小面积缺损的前牙,采用氧化锆基底全瓷贴面修复,同名正常前牙为对照牙,共修复15颗患牙。测量修复前后患牙唇侧颈1/3、中1/3、切1/3与对照牙色差ΔE值,明确氧化锆全瓷贴面的美学效果;参照美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)的标准观察患牙修复完成后的边缘适合性,以及修复体的折裂、脱落等。结果:重度变色前牙氧化锆全瓷贴面修复前与对照牙颈1/3、中1/3、切1/3色差ΔE值分别为24.92±3.00、26.64±4.00和21.94±3.31,均明显高于4.0,为临床所不接受;修复后唇侧切1/3、中1/3与对照牙色差ΔE值分别为1.82±0.17和1.84±0.21,均小于2.0,有良好的匹配性,颈1/3色差ΔE值为3.92±0.48,稍小于4.0,在临床可接受的范围。患牙颈1/3、中1/3、切1/3修复前后与对照牙色差ΔE值配对t检验,t值分别为30.37、21.56和23.37,均P<0.001,修复前后患牙颜色差异有统计学意义。修复体有良好的边缘适合性,均为A级...
