【摘要】 目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒对慢性肾脏病(CKD)3期患者免疫功能的影响,为临床延缓慢性肾衰竭进展提供有益参考。方法:将非糖尿病肾病CKD3期患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用玉屏风颗粒每次5g,每日3次口服,12个月后观察两组治疗前后血清尿素氮、肌酐、CD4+细胞比率、CD8+细胞比率、CD4+/CD8+比值、感染发生次数的变化。结果:治疗前,两组患者血压、血肌酐、尿素氮、CD4+细胞比率、CD8+细胞比率、CD4+/CD8+比值差异无统计学意义。两组患者治疗后与治疗前相比,血肌酐、尿素氮显著下降(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率(93.8%)高于对照组(63.3%)(P<0.05),其感染发生率(25.0%)也显著低于对照组(46.7%)(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒可改善非糖尿病肾病CKD3期患者的免疫功能,进而延缓肾功能恶化进程,具有较好临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng Granule on immune function of CKD stage 3 of nondiabetic nephropathy patients, and to provide a reference to delay the progress of chronic renal failure. Methods: The patients with CKD stage 3 of non-diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(30 cases). Both groups were given conventional therapy. In addition, the patients in treatment group were given Yupingfeng Granule, 5g once, 3 times per day, for continuous 12 months. The blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), CD4+cell ratio, CD8+ cell ratio and CD4+/CD8+ ratio and the frequency of infection were examined before and after the treatment. Results: Before the treatment, the blood pressure, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, CD4+cell ratio, CD8+ cell ratio and CD4+/CD8+ ratio had no significant difference between the two groups. Compared with before treatment, the BUN and Scr of the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05), but the CD4+/CD8+ ratio increased significantly(P<0.05). The infection rate in the treatment group(93.8%) was decreased significantly than 63.3% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yupingfeng Granule could improve the immune function of CKD stage 3 of non-diabetic nephropathy, which will delay the progress of renal function deterioration.更多还原
