【摘要】 目的:探讨寻常型痤疮的中医治疗用药规律。方法:通过对近10年中医药治疗寻常型痤疮的临床研究文献进行梳理,总结分析痤疮的用药规律。结果:统计48篇文献中53首处方160味药物的功效,归纳药物基本治法为清热法、理气祛湿法及活血化瘀法,常见加减治法为补益肝肾法、健脾护中法及安神法。病位主要与肺、脾、肝相关,其次定位脏腑为心、肾。结论:治疗寻常型痤疮的用药是以清热药、理气祛湿药及活血化瘀为主,同时辨证配伍加减。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and analyze the medication principles of Chinese medicine for the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard,the author systematically searched the literature on acne vulgaris treatment with Chinese medicine in the last decade,then summarized and discussed the principles of medicine administration.Results:By analyzing the ei cacy of 160 traditional Chineses herbs from 53 formulas in 48 articles,the author concluded that the basic principles for the treatment of acne vulgaris were clearing heat,regulating qi and dispelling dampness and activating blood and resolving stasis,and the common modified principles were tonifying and replenishing the liver and kidney,fortifying the spleen and protecting the middle and tranquilizing the mind.The disease was mainly related with the lungs,spleen and liver,and secondarily related to the kidney and heart.Conclusion:The acne vulgar are mainly treated with heat-clearing medicine,medicine with the function of regulating qi and dispelling dampness and activating blood and resolving stasis,while modification and combination of the herbal medicine may be needed according to pattern differentiation.更多还原
