筛选调控植物黄芪皂苷含量诱导子的研究

【摘要】 目的:筛选调控黄芪次生代谢产物皂苷含量诱导子。方法:利用正交试验设计,以黄芪皂苷含量为衡量指标,对调控相应代谢途径的诱导子进行了筛选。结果:水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸甲酯溶液(Me JA)进行地上部位处理3d的处理组合是对黄芪叶皂苷含量影响的最佳处理组合;硝酸银(Ag NO3)、Me JA进行地上部位处理3d的处理组合是对黄芪茎皂苷含量影响的最佳处理组合;水及内生菌发酵液溶液进行地下部位处理3d的处理组合是对黄芪根皂苷含量影响的最佳处理组合。结论:黄芪皂苷代谢途径的最佳诱导子是Me JA,处理部位是地下部位,最佳处理时间是3d,最佳皂苷含量变化检测部位是黄芪根部。

【Abstract】 Objective: To screen the regulation elicitor of secondary metabolite of astragalus saponins. Methods: Using the orthogonal experiment design, saponins content of astragalus were used to measure the for screening the regulation elicitor of metabolic pathways. Results: The treatment of 3 days of treatment with the combination of salicylic acid(SA) and methyl Jasmonale(Me JA) was the best combination of the effects of the concentration of astragalus leaves, the treatment of the 3 days of treatment with the combination of the treatment of silver nitrate(AgNO3) and Me JA was the best combination of the effects of the content of the stem saponins of astragalus, in the treatment of 3 days, the combination of the treatment of days in the fermentation broth of endophytic bacteria was the best treatment combination of the effects of the content of the saponins. Conclusion: Me JA is the best elicitor of flavones secondary metabolic pathways, the best processing part is underground part, the optimum processing time is 3 days, and best detection part is root.
