【摘要】 中医疗法十分丰富实用,大体有:疾病的背景分析与干预(祝由)、中药、针刺、艾灸、推拿、导引、心理、药膳等。每种疗法又有具体施用于人体的方式,如中药有口服、外洗、熏蒸、灌肠等用药方式,以及丸散膏丹等剂型;针刺又有很多针具,如毫针、三棱针、芒针等;中医优化疗法即是根据诸疗法的适应症,在充分分析患者年龄、性别、体质、病势缓急、病位、证型等诸多因素的基础上,优选出一种或多种疗法组合(包括具体实施手段)应用于患者,以期获得最佳疗效,这种优选思路来源于现代系统论中的优化原则,即采取的行动方案要以效果达到最优为原则,具体到临床优化方案要体现以下5个方面:一是疗效最佳;二是见效最快;三是疗程最短化;四是最经济;五是患者顺从度好。这种优化思想在临床特别是治疗疑难病取得了较好疗效。文章从中医优化疗法的概念、理论依据与现实的意义、临床中的应用以及可行性与发展方向进行了全面分析与论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine has lots of abundant and practical therapies, like background analysis and intervention of the disease(treating diseases by prayer), traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, naprapathy, Dao yin, psychotherapy, dietotherapy, and so on. Each therapy can be used in different ways. For example, traditional Chinese medicine can be used through different administration routes, including oral route, washing, fumigating, enema, and so on. And that is available in dosage forms of pills, powders, plasters and dans. Varieties of needles such as filiform needles, three-edged needles and elongated needles are applied to acupuncture. The optimized Chinese medicine therapy requires doctors to choose a sort or a combination of therapies to attain the best effect, which is according to the indications of each therapy and multi-factor analysis about patients’ age, gender, constitutional types, the tendency and location of the disease and syndrome type. The standpoint comes from the optimization principle of the modern system theory, which says that the effect comes first. Specifically, for the optimized Chinese medicine, we should take the following five points into account. Firstly, the clinical effect should be optimum. Secondly, the onset time of drug should be shortest. Thirdly, the course of treatment should be shortest. Fourthly, the treatment should be cheapest. Fifthly, the medical compliance should be the best. Under the optimization principle, it gets a good curative effect in clinical practice, especially in treatment of knotty disorder. The paper gave an overall discussion about the concept, theory gist, practical significance, clinical application, feasibility and tendency of the optimized Chinese medicine therapy.更多还原
