清化颗粒对高脂饲料诱导肥胖模型大鼠的减重效应及血清瘦素的影响
Influence of Qinghua Granules on weight loss and serum leptin of obesity rats induced by high-fat diet
【摘要】 目的:探讨清化颗粒的减重效应及对血清瘦素的影响。方法:建立高脂饲料诱导的肥胖大鼠模型,随机分为模型对照组、清化颗粒组、奥利司他组,另设正常对照组(普通饲料饲养),连续灌胃给药4周,观察各组大鼠体质量、体脂肪量、进食量、脂肪细胞形态及血清瘦素变化。结果:干预4周后,清化颗粒组体质量及体脂肪量均低于模型对照组(P<0.01),与奥利司他组差异不明显。清化颗粒组进食量下降,其它各组大鼠进食量呈上升趋势(P<0.01)。各组肥胖大鼠血清瘦素浓度均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),清化颗粒组大鼠血清瘦素浓度低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,清化颗粒组和奥利司他组大鼠肾周及附睾脂肪细胞面积减小,细胞数目增多。结论:清化颗粒可以降低肥胖大鼠的体质量和体脂肪量及血清瘦素水平。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of Qinghua Granules on weight loss and serum leptin of obesity rats induced by high-fat diet. Methods: The obesity rat models were induced by high lipoprotein and randomly divided into model group, Qinghua Granules group, and orlistat group, and additional normal rats were served as control group. After treating for 4 weeks, the body weight, body fat quantity, food intake, morphology of fatty cells and levels of serum leptin were all observed. Results: After treating for 4 weeks, the body weight and body fat quantity of rats in Qinghua Granules group were significantly lower than those of model group(P<0.01), and the difference was not significant compared with orlistat group. The foodintake of rats in Qinghua Granules reduced, while the food-intake of rats in the other groups was on the increase(P<0.01). The concentration of serum leptin of obesity rats in each group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01), and the concentration of serum leptin of rats in Qinghua Granules group was lower than that of orlistat group and model group(P<0.05). Compared with model group, the area of fat cells of rats in Qinghua Granules group and orlistat group reduced, and the number of fat cells increased. Conclusion: Qinghua Granules could decrease the weight, body fat quantity and levels of serum leptin of obesity rats.
