【摘要】 半夏以其良好的降逆止呕作用在治疗妊娠恶阻中发挥着重要作用,但其是否有妊娠毒性存在争议。文章在回顾与总结了现代对于半夏提取物、半夏制品及复方的妊娠毒性相关研究的基础上,展望了今后的研究方向,认为蛋白组学、代谢组学及胚胎干细胞技术的应用必将促进半夏及其复方的妊娠毒性与机制研究的深入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pinellia plays an important role in the treatment of pernicious vomiting with its good effect of calming the adverse-rising energy and alleviating vomiting. But its toxicity on pregnancy does exist controversy.This paper reviewed and summarized the embryotoxicity related studies in recent years on tuber extracts, processed products and compound prescriptions of pinellia. On this basis, the authors consider the applications of proteomics, metabolomics and embryonic stem cells will promote the research about the toxicity mechanism of pinellia and its compound prescriptions into a deeper and quicker stage.更多还原
