不同生长时期人参中水溶性蛋白含量比较

【摘要】 目的:针对不同生长时期人参中水溶性蛋白的含量进行比较。方法:以5年生人参为供试材料,应用Bradford蛋白质定量试剂盒测定水溶性蛋白含量,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)法得到人参水溶性蛋白的电泳胶片,并通过凝胶成像分析软件和Origin 7.5软件生成指纹图谱,导出重要技术参数,分析比较不同生长时期人参中水溶性蛋白的分布及含量差异。结果:不同生长时期的人参样品均显示12条水溶性蛋白谱带,且在人参果后参根生长中期直至枯萎期,水溶性蛋白含量达到最高。结论:人参水溶性蛋白的含量在不同生长时期存在较大差异,与人参生长的形态建成密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the content of water-soluble protein in ginseng of different growth periods.Methods:The contents of water-soluble protein were determined by Bradford quantitative kit with five-year old ginseng as the tested materials.The electrophoresis gels about ginseng water-soluble protein was obtained by using SDS-PAGE,and the fingerprint was generated by the gel imaging analysis software and Origin 7.5 software.The important technical parameters were derived,and then the water-soluble protein distribution and content differences in ginseng of different growth periods were analyzed and compared.Results:There were 12 spectral bands of water-soluble protein tested in all the ginseng samples of different growth periods,and the water-soluble protein contents reached its peak during middle stage of growth until withering stage of ginseng root.Conclusion:There was a significant difference in water-soluble protein contents among ginsengs with different growth periods,which was also closely related to the morphogenesis of ginseng.
