【摘要】 目的:基于前列腺增生症临床病症特点分析相应动物模型。方法:文章通过梳理分析中西医前列腺增生的临床诊断标准及疗效标准,总结前列腺增生动物模型的特点及造模方法,比对临床相关症状及标准,对现有动物模型与临床病症的吻合情况进行分析探讨,进而提出相应动物模型的评价及改进方法。结果:前列腺增生造模方法较多,但缺少能反映前列腺增生临床病症特点、体现前列腺增生中西医病因的动物模型复制,为动物模型确立合理的量化标准是前列腺增生动物模型的发展方向。结论:前列腺增生动物模型的复制应更加贴近于临床病症特点,以能反映前列腺增生临床特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the corresponding animal models of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) based on its clinical characteristics.Methods:Based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of TCM and western medicine BPH,the paper collected the characteristics and methods of BPH animal models.With a reference to the clinical diagnosis and treatment standards,the paper analysed the consistency between the BPH animal models and its clinical characteristics,and then came up with a corresponding evaluation and improvement methods for BPH animal model.Results:There were many BPH animal models,but there were neither a BPH animal model well reflecting its clinical characteristics nor a BPH animal model well reflecting its pathogeny of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.A reasonable quantitative criterion for the BPH animal model was regarded as a development direction for BPH animal models in the future.Conclusion:The BPH animal model should be established in accordance with its clinical characteristics as far as possible that would well reflect its BPH clinical characteristics.更多还原
