【摘要】 系统生物学是目前研究生命复杂体系比较公认的思维方式和研究手段,其整合的思想理念与中医学"整体观""动态观""辨证观"等不谋而合,将系统生物学与证本质研究相结合,有望从完整的疾病分子机制角度解释"证""辨证论治"等中医特色的概念,可以更好地阐明证候的实质,使证候得到客观、定量的描述,实现证候理论的现代科学诠释,也是中医药发展现代化的重要出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Systems biology is recognized as a way of thinking and research method on the study of life complex system presently.The integration ideology of system biology happens to hold the same view with the concept of ’holism’,’dynamic concept’and ’syndrome differentiation’ of Chinese medicine.Combining the systems biology research with the essence research of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is expected to explain ’syndrome’,’treatment based on syndrome differentiation’ and other concept characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine from completing disease molecular mechanisms.It can better clarify the essence of syndrome,depict syndrome objectively and quantitatively,and realize syndrome theory interpretation of modern science.It may be also the important way of modern development of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
