【摘要】 目的:收集脾阴相关古籍及历代中医药名家对脾阴阐述内容,进行系统整理,理清脾阴学说的起源、发展、成熟源流。以期为脾阴虚证的基础研究、临床诊断与治疗等提供参考。方法:以《中华医典》为检索数据库进行检索,按纳入标准选出与本研究相关的文献条文建立数据库,最后采用SPSS 19.0对录入数据进行频数分析。结果:对收录的中医古医籍条文进行整理。共收录了与脾阴有关的228本古医籍中的647条条文,分析了这些条文的出处、成书时期、作者等。结论:对古医籍进行分析得出,脾阴理论奠基于《黄帝内经》和《伤寒论》,唐宋始发其端,金元时期得到进一步充实,在明清时期逐步完善形成成熟的理论体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To collect ancient books and TCM famous experts’ viewpoints about spleen yin theory,and clarify the origin,development and content of the spleen yin theory,and to provide a reference for basic research,clinical diagnosis and treatment of the spleen yin theory.Methods:The documents relevant to the research were selected from Zhonghua Yidian according to the inclusion criteria,which were used to create a database that included the spleen yin contents.In the last,the entery data in the database were analyzed with the frequency analysis method in SPSS 19.0 software.Results:There were 228 ancient medical books relevant to spleen yin theory,from which 647 clauses were selected to analyse the source of the quotation,formation time,and the author.Conclusion:It comes out that the theory of spleen yin was rooted from Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor and Treatise on Febrile Diseases,then begins from Tang and Song Dynasty and developed in Jing and Yuan Dynasty,finally completed in Ming and Qing Dynasty.更多还原
