【摘要】 为了进一步提高我国短道速滑竞技人才基本功训练的水平,通过文献资料法、实地访谈法、逻辑分析法和比较分析等方法,来探讨和摸索我国短道速滑竞技人才基本功训练的实效手段和方法。研究表明:应掌握短道速滑项目的致胜规律,明确短道速滑竞技人才培养的阶段划分;应注重竞技人才的发育特点,有针对性的提高陆地和冰上基本功训练水平;利用好竞赛杠杆优势,切实提高短道速滑竞技人才技战术的运用能力;抓好基本功训练的跟踪与监控,全面提高运动员文化素养和思想教育。旨在为我国短道项目备战2022年冬奥会提供决策咨询和服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to further improve the basic ability training level of Chinese short track speed skating athletic talents, with the methods of literature data, field interview, logical analysis and comparative analysis, the paper discusses some relative effective means and methods. The research shows that : 1. Grasp the winning laws of short track speed skating, and definite the stage division of athletic talents training; 2.Focus on the development characteristics of athletic talents, accordingly improve the land and ice training level of basic ability; 3.Make good use of the advantages of competition leverage, and effectively improve their technical and tactical ability; 4.Do a good job of tracking and monitoring the basic ability training, and roundly improve their cultural quality and ideological education.
