【摘要】 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)及人抗原(human antigen,HuR)蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况、与各临床特征的关系及二者在宫颈癌中的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色二步法检测45例正常宫颈组织和45例宫颈鳞癌组织中MMP-9、HuR的表达,并分析其在不同临床特征的宫颈癌组表达的差异性。结果:MMP-9、HuR在宫颈癌组的表达率均高于正常宫颈组(P<0.05);MMP-9、HuR的阳性表达与宫颈癌的临床分期无相关性,与病理分级相关,且随着病理分级的升高其表达率降低;HuR在宫颈癌组中的表达与宫颈形态相关,而MMP-9在不同宫颈形态中表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MMP-9与HuR具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9、HuR的高表达与宫颈癌发生发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the expression of matrix metalloproteinase- 9( MMP- 9) and human antigen( HuR) protein in the tissue of cervical cancer,its relationship with clinical characteristics,and the correlation between them in cervical cancer cases. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining two- step was adopted to detect the expression of MMP- 9 and HuR in 45 cases of normal cervical tissues and 45 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,with the differences in the expression of cases of cervical cancer with different clinical characteristics analyzed. Results: The expression rate of MMP- 9 and HuR in cervical cancer group was higher than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The positive expression of MMP- 9 and HuR had no significant correlation with clinical stage of cervical cancer,but decreased with the increase of pathological grade which was correlative. The expression of HuR in cervical cancer was related with different forms of cervix and the differences of the expression of MMP- 9 in different forms in the cervix were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). MMP- 9 and HuR had a positive correlation( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The high expression of MMP- 9 and HuR is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.更多还原
