【摘要】 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、个案研究法和逻辑分析法对北京市街道(乡镇)层级的体育社会组织进行调查,掌握社区体育社会组织发展的基本情况,了解社区体育社会组织发展中遇到的困难和问题,为今后北京市体育社会组织管理与服务制定相关政策提供支撑和决策依据。研究结论:1)街道(乡镇)体育社会组织是反映基层群众体育健身需求,提供体育健身服务,贯彻政府群众体育发展方针,实现体育发展目标的重要桥梁和纽带。2)各街道(乡镇)的管理者对建设本级体育社会组织的重要性都有充分的认识,并对基层体育社会组织发挥的作用给予肯定。3)街道(乡镇)层级体育社会组织在北京市全民健身活动开展中发挥了重要作用,但是,组织管理相对松散,备案率不高;管理人员不足,各组织之间缺乏沟通;组织资源有限,政策支持不够是影响基层体育社会组织长期稳定发展的重要影响因素。4)街道(乡镇)体育社会组织发展中还存在着资金不足、缺乏场地设施、缺乏组织管理人员、规章制度建设不健全等,组织条件不足、管理松散等严重影响体育社会组织稳定发展。最后针对研究结论提出了相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods of literature review,questionnaire,case study and logical analysis are adopted to investigate sports social organization of street in Beijing,grasp the basic situation of community sports development,understand the difficulties and problems encountered in community sports development,and provide the support and decision-making basisi for future Beijing sports social organization management and service.Result:1)the streets(township)of sports social organization is reflected grass-roots mass sports demand and provide sports fitness service,implement the government mass sports development policy,achieve the important bridge and link of the sports development goals.2)the management of the street(township)to the construction of the sports community organizations have a full understanding of the importance,and the role of social organizations to play agrassroots sports.3)streets(township)levels of social sports organization in Beijing national fitness activities play an important role,however,organization management relatively loose,filing rate is not high;lack of management personnel,among the organizations lack of communication;organizations have limited resources,policy support enough is the important influence factor of long-term stable development of the impact of grassroots sports organizations.4)streets(township)development of social sports organization is still a lack of funds,lack of facilities,lack of organization and management,the construction of rules and regulations imperfect,lack of organization,loose management and so on seriously affect the social sports organizations and stable development.Finally,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.更多还原
