可剥离电极与不可剥离电极氟化后对于聚乙烯在直流高压下空间电荷注入影响的对比试验

【摘要】 文章提出了一种新的思路,即对半导电电极表面进行氟化,改变电极与PE接触面的电气性质,从而期望达到减少空间电荷注入的效果.可剥离电极和不可剥离电极材料中的EVA含量有所不同.在实验室反应釜中对两种电极表面分别进行氟化,通过扫描电镜观察接触面微观结构变化,然后将电极热帖到PE薄膜表面,并使用激光压力波法测量样品在电场下的电荷注入情况.实验结果表明:可剥离电极与不可剥离电极经过氟化后对空间电荷的注入情况有所不同.

【Abstract】 At present,polyethylene( PE) insulation material has been widely used in high-voltage transmission cable. However,under the condition of DC high voltage,space charge is easy to accumulate in the polymer. The interface between the electrode and the polymer has a significant impact on the injection characteristics of space charge,therefore,relevant experts and scholars use fluoride technology to change the surface properties of PE materials,and gained excellent achievement. Based on existing method,herein,a new idea was introduced that the electrical properties of the electrode-PE contact surface can be changed through fluorinating the surface of the semi-conductive electrode to reduce the space charge injection. The EVA content of the strippable electrode and the non-strippable electrode material are different. Both of the two kind of electrode surfaces were fluorinated,and the micro structural changes of the contact surfaces were researched through scanning electron microscopy. The electrode was heated to the surface of the PE film,and the charge injection of samples under an electric field was measured using Pressure Wave Propagation( PWP) method. The experimental results show that the space charge injection situation varied between the stripping electrode and non-stripping electrode after fluorination.
