F1-ATPase转动马达的随机动力学研究
Stochastic dynamics of the F1-ATPase rotation motor
【摘要】 通过建立物理模型研究了马达F1-ATPase转动的过程,得到理想条件下马达F1-ATPase转动的角速度随ATP浓度、摩擦系数的变化规律.同时,在热涨落环境下,计算了马达F1-ATPase向前和向后转动的概率之比,修正了理想条件下马达的转动模型,得到与实验吻合的结果.
【Abstract】 A physical model to investigate F1-ATPase rotation was developed in the present work.Analytical expression for mean rotational velocity was obtained as a function of external control variable nucleotide concentration [ATP]and friction coefficientγL.Furthermore,the ratio of forward to backward rotational motions in the presence of thermal fluctuation was used to modify analytical expression of mean rotational velocity.The obtained results agreed well with experimental data.
