【摘要】 目的观察保健灸加背部走罐治疗亚健康状态临床效果。方法将100例亚健康状态患者随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用电针灸治疗,观察组采用保健灸配合背部走罐治疗。观察两组治疗效果、健康状态问卷(SF-36)及疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分等。结果经3个疗程后,观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组SF-36的各项分值均高于对照组(P<0.01),FS-14分值低于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论保健灸配合背部走罐治疗亚健康状态是一种绿色、有效的方法,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of treatment with health-preserving moxibustion plus the dorsal movable cupping in patients with subhealth state. Methods One hundred cases of subhealth state were randomly divided into observation group( n = 50)and control group( n = 50). Patients of observation group underwent health-preserving moxibustion plus the dorsal movable cupping,while patients of control group underwent electro acupuncture. effective rate,psychological and physical reactions and situation after treatment were analyzed. Results At the end of three courses,effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 01); SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher( P < 0. 01) than that of control group; FS-14 score of the observation group as significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 01). Two groups of patients during treatment had no adverse symptoms. Conclusion Health-preserving moxibustion combine with dorsal movable cupping can be effective.更多还原
