【摘要】 目的探讨子宫下段环扎在治疗剖宫产中子宫下段收缩乏力的临床效果。方法选取90例行剖宫产术式术中出现子宫下段收缩乏力的产妇作为研究对象(均在药物治疗情况下出血不止),将其分成两组,各45例。观察组采用子宫下段环扎治疗,对照组采用子宫捆绑式缝合止血方式。比较两组止血效果。结果观察组产妇术中出血量、缝合时间、子宫复旧时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论子宫下段环扎在治疗剖宫产中子宫下段收缩乏力效果确切,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of lower uterine segment ligation in the treatment of contraction fatigue. Methods Ninety cases of uterine contraction fatigue in our hospital during the cesarean section were studied,all mothers in the use of drugs for the treatment of still bleeding,patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group of mothers using treatment of cervical cerclage; control group of women with uterine suture bleeding way binding,on two groups of hemostatic effect were compared and analyzed. Results The blood loss,suture time,uterine instauration time and hospitalization time in operation group were less or shorter than those in control group( P < 0. 01),occurrence rate of complications in operation group was lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The lower uterine segment cesarean section on the curative effect of cerclage in lower uterine segment atony exactly,small damage on maternal,it is worth in clinical application.更多还原
