【摘要】 目的:了解珠海市内陆与海岛地区老年人健康状况,分析2个地区老年人主要慢性疾病的相关影响因素。方法:采用分层抽样和随机整群抽样的方法,抽取广东省珠海市内陆和海岛各2个行政区60岁及60岁以上的582名老年人进行调查。比较2个地区老年人的健康状况,采用Logistic回归分析对老年人的主要慢性疾病影响因素进行分析。结果:内陆地区老年人慢性疾病排名前5位的是高血压、骨关节疾病、糖尿病、眼病和心脏病;海岛地区慢性病排名前5位依次为高血压、骨关节疾病、眼病、糖尿病和心脏病。2个地区间老年人的年龄、文化程度、月收入、血脂和血尿酸检测结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄是2个地区老年人高血压共同的影响因素。结论:珠海市内陆与海岛地区老年人高血压和骨关节病均居前2位,且患病率较高,应根据慢性疾病的不同影响因素对老年人进行健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the conditions of health and to analyze the influencing factors of the main chronic diseases of the elderly in inland and island of Zhuhai city.Methods:Using stratified sampling method and random cluster sample to investigate a total of 582 elderly aged 60 and over in the two districts of Zhuhai city in Guangdong province.The health conditions of the elderly were compared between two districts and multiple logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the main chronic diseases.Results:The top five chronic diseases among the elderly in inland were hypertension,osteoarthrosis,eye disease,diabetes and heart disease.The top five chronic diseases among the elderly in island were hypertension,osteoarthrosis,eye disease,diabetes and heart disease.There were significant differences between two districts in age,education,income,blood lipids,uric acid(P<0.05).The age was the influencing factor of hypertension of the elderly in both districts.Conclusion:The top two chronic diseases among the elderly in inland and island were both hypertension and osteoarthrosis.The prevalence rates of two chronic diseases in Zhuhai city among the elderly are in high levels.Health education showed be performed in the elderly according to the different influencing factors of chronic diseases.更多还原
