【Abstract】 According to the new business model of hybrid open publishing, it is important for library to make full use of literature resources budget and promote the publication and influence of academic achievements in China. New business model of hybrid open publishing is discussed, and the open access publishing practices in worldwide libraries are analyzed as reference.
