储存期对聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫性能的影响研究

【摘要】 为合理存储和使用PMI泡沫以发挥其最佳性能,研究了PMI泡沫储存过程的吸潮性能以及吸潮后力学和耐热蠕变性能的变化,发现PMI泡沫在暴露于潮湿空气中的前10d具有最快的吸潮速率,120d时吸潮基本达到饱和;吸潮后的常温压缩强度与干燥时相当,但高温压缩蠕变性能下降明显。探讨了吸潮后干燥对高温压缩蠕变性能的影响。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the best performance of PMI foam under rational storage condition,this paper investigated the moisture absorption performance,the mechanical and thermal creep properties after moisture absorption of PMI foam. It is found that,PMI foam has the fastest absorption rate in the first 15 days after being exposed to humidity air. Moisture absorption saturates after around 120 days. The compression strength after moisture absorption is consistent with the dried one in the room temperature. However,the high temperature compressive creep performance declines significantly. The impact of compressive creep performance after drying was also discussed.
