【Abstract】 Postgraduates are the important source of authors for sci-tech journals. However, academic misconduct cases among postgraduates arise from time to time, and usually with characteristics that differ from scientific researchers. Based on two examples of academic misbehavior of postgraduates,the status of academic misbehavior and how postgraduates cognize were investigated and discussed.
